While creating image file from disc i recieved an error:

Your reader can't read the CD. Try cleaning it or using a different drive.

This disc might have been recorded using the TAO (Track At Once) write type rather than SAO.

 

TAO sticks a couple of unwritten/unreadable sectors on the end of the tracks.

 

As for why some speeds work when others don't, that all comes down to the drive, it's out of ImgBurn's hands. Personally I find that a bit strange, especially when you're reading that disc at max speed and it clearly failed.

To me it looks strange too, but that is true. And that's right, speed, succesful creation image file from disc/verification of a disc against image file depends on drives. One drive failes to create/verify on slow speed, other did it succesfuly no matter what speed was selected.
