bc2000 Posted March 17, 2008 Posted March 17, 2008 Since when I upgraded to version 2.4.0.0 I'm having troubles in burning ISO images. I've seen other posts about this problem and the answers received: mine is not a problem of media or firmware. I'm using exactly the same media and firmware of when I burned with version 2.3.2.0 of ImgBurn. More over if now I use DVDDecrypter to burn I have no problem. So, definitely, it's a problem of the new version. Someone has information or suggestions about it. Thank you.
mmalves Posted March 17, 2008 Posted March 17, 2008 10 bucks that it's an OPC issue or a problem burning Super Smash Bros Brawl
bc2000 Posted March 17, 2008 Author Posted March 17, 2008 My logs are the same of the 2 posts here under "Continual burn failures" and "Troubles burning an ISO..."
mmalves Posted March 17, 2008 Posted March 17, 2008 Two completely different problems. We can't help you without seeing your logs.

LIGHTNING UK! Posted March 17, 2008 Posted March 17, 2008 looks like we owe mmalves 10 bucks! bc2000, this is a drive/media issue, probably brought about by a call to the 'Send OPC Information' command. It's unfortunate but it happens. Go into the settings and on the Write tab, uncheck the 'Perform OPC Before Write' box.
blutach Posted March 17, 2008 Posted March 17, 2008 I was about to say I wouldn't have taken his bet! Regards
