Bummed Posted March 26, 2008 Posted March 26, 2008 Hi, I've been having some problems burning an ISO onto a DVD+R DL I'm using a Verbatim DVD as recommended, and I've checked that my burner is compatible with the disc. However, everytime i try to burn the ISO i get the following problem. I 01:08:13 ImgBurn Version 2.4.0.0 started! I 01:08:13 Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition (5.1, Build 2600 : Service Pack 2) I 01:08:13 Total Physical Memory: 1,572,208 KB - Available: 977,732 KB W 01:08:13 Drive E:\ (FAT32) does not support single files > 4 GB in size. I 01:08:14 Initialising SPTI... I 01:08:14 Searching for SCSI / ATAPI devices... I 01:08:14 Found 1 CD-ROM, 1 DVD-ROM and 1 DVD
LOCOENG Posted March 26, 2008 Posted March 26, 2008 I 01:11:34 Destination Device: [1:0:0] HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-4163B A103 (F:) (ATA) Update your firmware and try again, current version is A106 from here: http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_firmware.php?download_id=1973 Before flashing take all discs out of drive and close tray. Follow any specific instructions contained in the readme.txt file.

Seems that your drive isn't seeing them properly in the first place.
