JackH Posted April 7, 2008 Posted April 7, 2008 This might be a dumb question, but I haven't been able to find the answer. I can create a cue sheet fine, but suppose I want to change it... how do I do that? There doesn't seem to be a way to get it back into the cue sheet editor.
blutach Posted April 7, 2008 Posted April 7, 2008 Welcome to ImgBurn Forum. Edit it in wordpad or create new. ImgBurn does not allow cue sheet editing. Regards
JackH Posted April 9, 2008 Author Posted April 9, 2008 Edit it in wordpad or create new. ImgBurn does not allow cue sheet editing. Thanks for the welcome and the reply. I'm glad to know I wasn't missing something! I hope that ImgBurn will eventually support cue sheet editing... it only seems logical if it can create a cue sheet, it should able to edit one also.
LIGHTNING UK! Posted April 9, 2008 Posted April 9, 2008 What exactly do you edit?! It's far easier to just use notepad
Bablorub Posted April 9, 2008 Posted April 9, 2008 What exactly do you edit?! It's far easier to just use notepad Yep, agreed, as I do so myself
JackH Posted April 10, 2008 Author Posted April 10, 2008 What exactly do you edit?! Um, the track list... what else would I edit? Believe it or not, I don't always get my CD track listings the way I want on the first try. It's far easier to just use notepad Cutting and pasting file names, manually entering song titles and artist names, and manually changing track numbers in a text file isn't my idea of easy! Would you use a word processor that let you create a file, but not edit it?
LIGHTNING UK! Posted April 10, 2008 Posted April 10, 2008 I guess I didn't think about creating custom track listings from various songs/albums, sorry. Still, I'm sure you've already found a program to let you edit cue files - ImgBurn's 'Create CD CUE File' window is quick and dirty on purpose.
