LIGHTNING UK! Posted April 15, 2008 Share Posted April 15, 2008 Your media is rubbish and that's what caused the power calibration error - the drive just doesn't like them. A firmware update might improve support for them but I haven't checked to see if there is one for your drive. The DMA error is caused by your system configuration. I 02:14:30 Write Speed: 2x ...sometimes burning too slow can be just as bad as burning too fast, I'd try another speed. DMA fix is in my sig.
