Jangle Posted May 15, 2008 Posted May 15, 2008 Received an mdf and mds file. When trying to load the .mds file into the write dialog screen, I get an error which says "cannot locate C:\isoXXf where XX are two blocks symbols. I suppose this means characters which I can't display. When I loaded the same .mds file into DVDdecrypter, it found the .mdf file and successfully burned it (Thankfully). Tried loading just the .mdf file into ImgBurn, but it tells me that I should have selected the .mds and tries to load the .mds with same bad result. There are no entries in the log screen other than the initial entries that are there when opening ImgBurn each time. Is there something I can do, so I don't have to find my DVDdecrypter from old archives again? side note: On a lark, I looked at the .mds file with a text editor, but could not figure out how to manually edit it to satisfy ImgBurn.
LIGHTNING UK! Posted May 15, 2008 Posted May 15, 2008 Try redownloading Imgburn from the Imgburn.com mirror. If that doesn't work, email or attach your MDS file and I'll look into it.

Well, downloaded 2.4.1.0 from site and it works! Thanks However, my old version was 2.4.1.0 and this new version is reported as 2.4.1.0 also. Thanks again for the quick reply
LIGHTNING UK! Posted May 15, 2008 Posted May 15, 2008 It was a silent update on the original day of release (or the day after... something like that)
