Hello.

I burn movies I download.

Some of the has a pretty long names.

For some reason when I burn them using ImgBurn the filename gets cut.

It never happened to me using Nero (Version 6).

I know it has something to do with the filesystem.

Which one is like Nero's? How can I configure ImgBurn to give me the same results of Nero?

Thanks.

Just look in the log, it'll be telling you what's cutting the names. (That's why you shouldn't shut the log window)

Copy + paste what you see and I'll be able to help you some more.

Well That I can't do cause I've already deleted those files.

Could you tell me what file system to chose in order to get the same result as Nero?

For now I use ISO9660+Joliet.

Thanks.

The log will be visible from help menu and ImgBurn logs unless you went to C:\Documents and Settings\Your account name\Application Data\ImgBurn\Log Files and deleted it, or you specified your own path for saving log files and then deleted it.

ISO9660 + Joliet will allow you 64 characters in the filename.

UDF gives you more characters but not all players will read it for data discs.

You probably need to break the specs and change the restrictions for the Joliet file system to 'Level X' - giving you 110 to play with.

Or remove the "DivX rip by xyz torrent" from the filenames.

How do I do that?

Will it be compatible with my DVD Player?

Thanks.
