LIGHTNING UK! Posted May 30, 2008 Posted May 30, 2008 Are they protected (with DRM) WMA files? You might find that only media player can deal with those properly.
cake Posted May 30, 2008 Author Posted May 30, 2008 Yes, they are DRM protected WMA files purchased from Walmart.com. Walmart is no longer supporting WMA files purchased at their website, and advised me to "backup" all this music by burning to cd. Is there a way to burn these files to cd with Imgburn? Thanks!
cake Posted May 30, 2008 Author Posted May 30, 2008 Y'all are awesome! I just used the cd burning utility (Roxio) through Windows Media Player and it worked. Sorry to bother with this question. Thanks!
LIGHTNING UK! Posted May 30, 2008 Posted May 30, 2008 I'm glad you did... I've added a description for that 'unknown' error code now so at least it'll be more obvious to the user next time this crops up
