ajb Posted September 2, 2008 Author Posted September 2, 2008 Someone didn't read the pink bit at the top of this forum... (hint: the answer to your problem is the 2nd post of the FAQ) How do you get to the device manager?
mmalves Posted September 2, 2008 Posted September 2, 2008 Hold Windows key then press Pause/Break -> Hardware tab -> Device Manager button or Right click on My Computer -> Properties -> Hardware tab -> Device Manager button or Open Control Panel -> double-click on System -> Hardware tab -> Device Manager or Right click on My Computer -> Manage -> Device Manager or Hold Windows key then press R -> type devmgmt.msc and hit Enter or Start -> Run -> type devmgmt.msc and hit Enter

Only thing is Standard dual channel PCI IDE controller, that's the only one under there.
ajb Posted September 3, 2008 Author Posted September 3, 2008 So delete that one then. There's 2. Do I delete both?
