asifbaig Posted October 12, 2008 Posted October 12, 2008 Is it possible to move the source files around, create new folders etc. without having to do it on the hard disk? For example, if I have the following folders on my hard disk: SoftwaresAdobe.exeFlash.exeFirefox.exe and: DocumentationAdobe Reader.txtFlash.pdfFirefox.chm and I want the Dvd to have three folders: Adobe (Adobe.exe and Adobe Reader.txt) Flash (Flash.exe and Flash.pdf) Firefox (Firefox.exe and Firefox.chm) Is it possible to do that within ImgBurn without having to create this folder structure on my hard disk? Kind of like how you can do in Nero (or even WinXP's built cd-writing software)?
mmalves Posted October 12, 2008 Posted October 12, 2008 Nope, that's not possible. If you're worried you may lose the arrangement of the original files, copy them to a temporary folder, arrange them as you want, burn, then delete the temp folder
LIGHTNING UK! Posted October 12, 2008 Posted October 12, 2008 ImgBurn's build mode just wasn't designed for that. It's purely meant for burning an existing folder structure 'as-is'.
asifbaig Posted October 29, 2008 Author Posted October 29, 2008 Thanks. Though I'd like to suggest installing this feature in a later build if you have one planned. Imgburn's feedback during the burning process makes it better (and more reassuring ) than Nero in my eyes and this feature is probably the only thing preventing me from using Imgburn solely.

I absolutely agree with asifbaig, i hope we will see this feature soon on ImgBurn, thanks.
