Cynthia Posted October 14, 2008 Posted October 14, 2008 I 00:18:22 Destination Media Type: CD-RW (Disc ID: 97m22s60f) As there are no speed options after the Disc ID type, it looks as that brand of discs are not supported by your burner. You have any others to try with?

habib Posted October 15, 2008 Author Posted October 15, 2008 (edited) Lighting_Uk, can u please tell me why use CD-R? sorry, this is my 1st time experiment of creating Bootable CD... i wanted to use it with CD-RW.. And Can you please tell me which brand of CD-R will be good for creating Winxp Pro Bootable CD? Edited October 15, 2008 by habib
LIGHTNING UK! Posted October 15, 2008 Posted October 15, 2008 Because CDR just burn better and can be read afterwards by more drives. The problem you're having is that the CDRW burns ok but the burn quality is so low that the drive cannot then read it back. If the drive that wrote it 2 mins before can't read it, what chance do other drives have?!
habib Posted October 15, 2008 Author Posted October 15, 2008 thanx Lighting_UK.. it works with CD-R..
