I 18:49:20 Write Speed: MAX I wouldn't go for MAX=18x speed on that media. 12x perhaps. Is that writer a SATA connected one? Latest chip set drivers for that motherboard chip set installed? Have you been able to burn with it before with success?

I 18:49:20 Destination Device: [1:0:0] TSSTcorp CDDVDW SH-S203B SB03 (E:) (ATA) There's firmware SB04 available for your burner. Remove any disc and close the tray before updating. Reboot after it has finished.
