Won't verify completely

I have attatched my log. It burns fine and verifies between 92% and 96% and then it can't verify. I have been using Imgburn for about a year and a half. Last time I had this type of problem I was told to slow down my burn rate. So I dropped it to 8x. Now I don't know what to do. I am using verbatim discs. Thank you for your time and reviewing my post.

It might just be on its way out.
