Ah, I see...

I've been rebuked by ImgBurn in thge past for selecting the ISO to burn instead of the MDS, now I understand why.

So, for the sake of clarity, let's say for example I've deleted the MDS by accident, or I have an image file created by some other application which doesn't output an assocaited MDS file with it.

I can use Tools -> ISO -> Display IFO Layer Break Information to show where the layer break is supposed to be, does ImgBurn use this if I attempt to burn an image file that doesn't have an MDS file with it?

If there's no MDS file ImgBurn will attempt to parse the image (assuming it's a DVD Video one) and present you with some LB options.

You don't need to try and figure it out for yourself via that option in the Tools menu.

So presumably then, if the image has been authored with a layer break set in the IFO, then there would be only one LB option presented?

Sorry if I'm sounding a bit thick, and thank you for the information (and your patience...)
