I/O Error - Reason: Tracking Servo Failure

Hey all, I'm a relative newbie and this has got me stumped. I keep trying to burn a DVD and keep getting the same error message about 2 minutes in. Here's my log:

I 21:05:19 Found 1 CD-ROM and 1 DVD

I got the same error several times "tracking servo failure" on my PX-755A, I used it yesterday with same brand of media, and today I got that error,

My solution was this:

I used compressed air, and blowed into the recorder while the slide was out, then there was no "tracking servo failure" or any other error!

I have burned a few DVD+R now without problems.
