Burning riped movies with srt files

Ok i used this guide to write those movies for my older brother "home DVD player" (that suports windows media files):

Did exactly same, just aded a folder for each movie that contains an srt file (subtitles)

That guide should be same for this?

 

Edit: Worked perfectly well

 

Just want to ask now if this process can be used for storing any kind of data files.

Yes, build mode works with whatever you want to burn to disc - just remember that it doesn't convert anything.
