mmalves Posted December 13, 2008 Posted December 13, 2008 I 14:27:54 Destination Media Type: DVD+R DL (Disc ID: RITEK-S04-66) (Speeds: 4x, 6x) http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=8000 Also update to the latest ImgBurn
Kunoke Posted December 13, 2008 Author Posted December 13, 2008 (edited) Well, I will update, but I've been using Memorex for everything else and never had an issue. So I don't think my discs are necessarily the problem. Edited December 13, 2008 by Kunoke
mmalves Posted December 13, 2008 Posted December 13, 2008 I 14:27:54 Destination Device: [3:0:0] ASUS DRW-1814BL 1.10 (D:) (ATA) There's firmware 1.14 available for your burner (right-click and choose Save As/Save Target As). Remove any disc and close the tray before updating. Reboot after it has finished. If this doesn't help then changing media is your only option.
LIGHTNING UK! Posted December 13, 2008 Posted December 13, 2008 Always using Memorex doesn't mean anything. They're a brand name, not a manufacturer. The dye they use for their discs could change every week and your drive/firmware doesn't like the one they're currently using - RITEK-S04-66.
