Then you just use Write mode (or click the 'Write Image File To Disc' button on the main page) to burn the ISO. I've no idea where your MDS file came from. So I unzipped to a folder named 64b and opened ImgBurn to create a iso and it made a mds file? Did you download from Microsoft? It's certainly an ISO when you get it from them.
