ImgBurn not working, any advice??

Your drive doesn't want to burn to those disc. Are they real Verbatim ones or some other make that's using the same dye? (probably Verbatim's rejects!)

 

Try slowing the burn down to 8x or 12x.

 

If that doesn't work, try getting some Verbatim DVD+R discs or anything from Taiyo Yuden.
