Federelli
I believe this could be cause by bad codecs somehow, i'll try reinstalling my codec pack (K-lite), and report back. This just started happening, the last thing i remember doing to my system is installing Ati Catalyst 9.1.
LIGHTNING UK!
You can always run 'regsrv32 /u vp6dec.ax' to unregister it, then it wouldn't be crashing DirectShow.
Federelli
Reinstalling codecs didn't work. Running that i get "Windows cannot find regsrv32...". I noticed the cue window becomes corrupted with whatever was in front of it before the error comes up.

Federelli
Loadlibrary("vp6dec.ax") failed - The specified module could not be found.
mmalves
You have to do that in the folder that contains that file, or at least specifiy the full path to that file. Anyway, codec packs are more trouble than they're worth: they install a bunch of codecs that you'll probably never use and most of the time this screws up DirectShow's merit list. Please uninstall the codec pack(s) you have and then try again.
