Posted January 31, 2009 Posted January 31, 2009 Update your firmware to 1.02. http://support.asus.com/download/download_...SLanguage=en-us If that doesn't work, read the following: I 16:36:32 Destination Media Type: DVD+R DL (Disc ID: MKM-003-00) (Speeds: 4x, 6x, 8x) 2.4x isn't a valid speed, your drive says it only supports 4x, 6x and 8x. By choosing 2.4x it'll be burning at 4x anyway so now give 6x and 8x a try. If they don't work either, try getting some of the 2.4x Verbatim discs (MKM-001-00 dye) as per this thread: http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=8000
