I successfully burned the dvd.... and before that I checked on the box " Verify" however, it doesn't fully verify it and I get and Error This is my log, I would like to know what the problem is... You can see that, at the time of verifying the disc, the burner correctly identified the media (notice the available write speeds). If you have the option (and you have a desktop pc rather than a laptop), always go internal. And right after I posted the first log on this topic... I can't seem to burn anything at all I keep getting the error: Invalid address for write Unknown Vendor Unique.... and I was wondering if what mmalves said was right... that my burner is giving up on me/ starting to die? Posted February 10, 2009 Share Posted February 10, 2009 Externals run on much slower / cpu intensive interfaces (i.e. usb) and you then run the risk that you might get semaphore timeout errors.
