Device Not Ready (Medium not Present - Tray Closed)

I just got ImgBurn and followed the instructions on how to burn a movie but it won't let me press the burn icon and says "Device Not Ready (Medium not Present - Tray Closed)." I am using a DVD+RW cd and my drive is a DVD/CD burning drive.. I don't know what I'm doing wring? Here's my log if that will help:

You drive isn't seeing the media... so it probably doesn't support it.

 

Use some decent 'write once' stuff instead - i.e. Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden.

 

Update ImgBurn too, you're way out of date.... where did you get such an old version?

Thanks for the help, I'll look those up. I bought it off of eBay, didn't know it was that old :/

ImgBurn is free...always has been and always will be. I'd try to get my money back.
