You might also want to check with the laptop's manufacturer for a newer firmware for your burner. If it still fails, get Verbatim 2.4x (MKM-001-00 dye) Made in Singapore blanks and it should work.

I always burned xbox360 games like this and all of a sudden i got errors! strange! I always use verbatim i dont know if they come from singapore and thought they were from australia...

LIGHTNING UK! Posted March 3, 2009 Posted March 3, 2009 Notice he said 'in an external enclosure'. Internals and externals are the same drives, just one comes in an enclosure and one doesn't. You're free to pickup your own enclosure and put any 'internal' drive into it that you fancy.

bobrap Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 Just wanted to add to this thread that I'm getting the same error message (failed to set L0 data zone capacity). The reason I receive is "Power On, Reset, or Bus Device Reset Occurred". I'm using Verbatim 2.4x burning on a Lite-on LH-20A1p in Vista. Any help?
