burning 8x MCC 003 at 2.4x, is this bad?

Hey everyone, this may seem stupid, but I was burning MCC 003 (Verbatim +R, supposed to be burnt at 8x) at 2.4x because I forgot to change the setting from my DL media. Is this bad?

 

I did a nero quality scan of the disc, here it is:

the scan looks bad . try again at 8x

I believe PIE's should be no higher than 280... (and that's very bad anyway).

 

So you're well out of spec. Yes, ditch that disc and reburn it.
