mmalves Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 Please update to the latest ImgBurn version What type of disc image are you trying to burn? *.mds? *.dvd?
christy65 Posted March 5, 2009 Author Posted March 5, 2009 DVD. So I have to download the new version?
mmalves Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 It's always good to have the latest version, but just updating ImgBurn won't solve your problem. I wasn't very clear the first time, but, what's the file extension of the image you're trying to burn?
spinningwheel Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 So I have to download the new version? it's the only one supported here. Have you tried to ??
christy65 Posted March 5, 2009 Author Posted March 5, 2009 File extension? I don't know what that is?
mmalves Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Filename_extension The image you have was incorrectly made and that's why you're getting the file not found message. Until you can tell us which file extension your image file uses we can't help you further
LIGHTNING UK! Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 Do you know how to get a screenshot? Even that would help us to understand what you're seeing.
christy65 Posted March 5, 2009 Author Posted March 5, 2009 Do you know how to get a screenshot? Even that would help us to understand what you're seeing. No, how would I do that, I still don't understand the Filename extension...
LIGHTNING UK! Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 press the printscreen button on your keyboard and then 'paste' (edit menu -> paste or 'CTRL+V' on the keyboard) into Paint, MS Word etc. This forum isn't to help you with the basics of PC's and Windows, you can use Google for that.
