christy65
DVD. So I have to download the new version?
mmalves
It's always good to have the latest version, but just updating ImgBurn won't solve your problem. I wasn't very clear the first time, but, what's the file extension of the image you're trying to burn?
spinningwheel
So I have to download the new version? it's the only one supported here. Have you tried to ??
christy65
File extension? I don't know what that is?
mmalves
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Filename_extension The image you have was incorrectly made and that's why you're getting the file not found message. Until you can tell us which file extension your image file uses we can't help you further

LIGHTNING UK!
press the printscreen button on your keyboard and then 'paste' (edit menu -> paste or 'CTRL+V' on the keyboard) into Paint, MS Word etc. This forum isn't to help you with the basics of PC's and Windows, you can use Google for that.
