cabaji Posted March 18, 2009 Share Posted March 18, 2009 i have an external lg gsa-e60n with crossflashed firmware gsa-h55n, that was a success the current firmware is 1.06 the media im using is matrix dvd dual layer 8x : Disc ID: RICOHJPN-D01-67 the problem is when i want to burn a dvd dual layer it gets me this errors messages: Failed to Write Sectors 0 - 31 - Reason: Write Protected Failed to Write Sectors 0 - 31 - Reason: Unknown (Write Error) (0x0C, 0x80) Failed to set L0 Data Zone Capacity! the first time and second and third time, and it gets a lot of time in WRITING LEADIN, but at the fourth try, THE CRAZY BURNER START BURNING!!!!!!, so far i burned fable 2, and tales of vesperia , FABLE 2 failed the verification process at second layer but it worked in my xbox i recently finished the game. the log post is this(its not complete) ; //****************************************\\ ; ImgBurn Version 2.4.2.0 - Log ; Jueves, 12 Marzo 2009, 09:35:07 ; \\****************************************// ; ; I 08:33:28 ImgBurn Version 2.4.2.0 started! If you can't buy Verbatim then try burning the ones you have at 6x and 8x speeds to see if you get a better burn. You might also want to try blanks from other brands as they could be using Ritek dye and you may have better results with them.
