hot dog Posted April 6, 2009 Posted April 6, 2009 This is probably my fault, I'm not 100% sure what I'm doing. In a nut shell, I'm trying to burn a .cue/.bin image to a CD. If there is a tutorial on burning .cue files with ImageBurn, I'd appreciate it if someone would post a link... The CD image that I make seems to work after burning it, but the sector verification tells me there are errors, and I'd simply like to make a disk without errors on it... Here is my burn log... Thanks I 23:56:50 ImgBurn Version 2.4.3.0 started! LIGHTNING UK! Posted April 6, 2009 Posted April 6, 2009 You can't change the miscompare errors (warnings) that are popping up. The data is different in the image file to what the drive is reporting - end of story! The timeout ones are just where your drive can't read from the disc properly. Use better media (Taiyo Yuden) - and not the rewritable kind.
hot dog Posted April 6, 2009 Author Posted April 6, 2009 Alright, thanks.........I'll get some better disks
hot dog Posted April 7, 2009 Author Posted April 7, 2009 I bought some CD-R disks, Memorex brand. Out of three disks, the first disk passed the verification stage with no errors or warnings, but the other two disks had warnings, in the verification stage. Should I try a different brand of disk???
hot dog Posted April 7, 2009 Author Posted April 7, 2009 Here is the log from one of the disks, I didn't save the log from the other disk, AND I am out of CD-Rs Thanks I 21:04:16 ImgBurn Version 2.4.3.0 started!
