I have your software on two differnet systems, my laptop runs fine with it but my desk top does not. It seems that your software does not reconize my two DVD drives. Below as per you instructions is the log for the software. I am hoping this is an easy fix but since your software works on my laptop I am in no rush to get this solved so please take your time. LIGHTNING UK! Posted April 13, 2009 Posted April 13, 2009 This is something you need to fix, not me. The program cannot access your drives because something else is using them. Find out what it is and stop it. You could try using 'Unlocker' or 'Process Explorer' to find on what it is exactly.
