tjyorke Posted May 21, 2015 Share Posted May 21, 2015 After disabling my Norton 360 Auto-Protect and the Norton toolbar, I was able to download the file link to run the install from cnet.download.com, however, when I try to run the install I receive the following message: 'Installation failed-please check that your internet connection is active and try again.'
