  1. Yeah, haven't had the time to check if it was on a seperate IDE cable though. I think it is though because I remember I set my primary HDD to master and secondary HDD to slave. Edit: it can read at 8x though. Probably doesn't mean much though.
  2. Hmm, I just notice the medium specifies it can burn at 8x..but imgburn says 4x. Hmm, any reason for this?
  3. Ok, I'll suggest my dad to replace the medium he buys (my dad buys them, not me). And I don't remember if they're sharing IDE cables. I recently replaced my DVD drive as the old one stopped burning discs. But I believe I had it so my two HDDs were on one cable and my DVD drive on the other.

  5. W 15:04:22 Waiting for hard disk activity to reach threshold level... Is that what's slowing down my DVD burn? A bottleneck on my HDD?

    Mozilla

I've had way to many problems with every browser including IE. I think it just haunts me.. But I stick with Opera then Firefox, then Maxthon (uses IE rendering engine).
  7. Don't see a big difference. But hey as long as it keeps on working.
  8. Funny thing is that corporations try to argue the good sides of it.
  9. I had a question about burning data discs and someone told me about SCDwriter.exe. It's a great program for making images. I use that to burn all my data onto discs then use imgburn. But it's a great idea and saves me a step! Now I just need to figure out how to burn video so it can be watched on a DVD player. Video files like clips downloaded from the internet or subbed anime. >.>
  10. Ok, will do. Thank you! And burns will already be finalized right?
  11. Is there anyway to burn data directly onto a DVD with imgburn or do I have to make it into an image before burning? I just use DVDs for data storage of various anime and files I might need later on.
