I agree...the learning curve is pretty low with Imgburn. Kinda a no brainer of a program.

must have had a group session...
And that is called a circle jerk

2 steps won't kill you.
I think the boss did answer your question....no fun intended.

I find it helps to wear navy blue pants or cargo shorts while I burn too.

I'm so embarrassed, I have an BS from Durham...I though my past would never catch up to me

I was talking about my Smith & Wesson not my meat cannon. :D

Best Buy has these for $35 ($1.40 per disc) on sale this week. Regularly $60.
I think they're Verbatims, since 8x speed, and the spindle looks like Verbatim.
Off-brand dual layers are usually just 2.4x speed. Has anyone bought these,
who can confirm if they are indeed Verbatim? Thanks.
You are the one who said spindle...Don't think I'll bother at any rate.

Also about your burner...the firmware is getting a little old. Looks like support for this drive may be over.

Last King of Scotland was pretty good I thought...
Watched Hot Fuzz yesterday and loved it, brilliant film.

DVD-R (Disc ID: ProdiscF02)
You are using bunk discs...I would suggest some nice Verbatims or Taiyo Yudens.
Image File Size: 4,681,455,616 bytesYou are trying to put to much onto the disc...reduce your target size to 4400.
W 01:26:15 Waiting for buffers to recover...W 01:26:36 Waiting for hard disk activity to reach threshold level...
Ease up on the multitasking too...

@teddy
I've been fortunate to have my NEC and BenQ for around 3 years with around 1000 burns each on them and they are still going strong. I know a lot of Litey owners who have had their drives for a long time and are still using them as well...could be you just got a bad drive.
@vegas
Post a log please.

I think you need to go back to the drawing board...corny and mmalves have given you your answer and I think I did too in another thread.
Google is your friend.

I can't understand a word you are saying.

Imgburn won't compress your image in any way shape or form...you will have to compress it using DVD Rebuilder or Recode before burning with Imgburn.
-
How old is the drive...how many good burns have you got out of it? Nothing lasts forever.... if you were happy with the drive up to now and have had a good time with it in the past don't hesitate to get another one.

A new high quality drive from Samsung, NEC, Lite-On, Pioneer etc shouldn't cost any more than a spindle of Verbatim discs...

That news is almost a year old...that was so last year.
In the words of Slipknot...
"I hope I go to heaven so I will never have to see your face again!"
How to burn a dvd disk(movie) to an empty dvd in one step?
