  1. OK wait, I have the problem again, I have discovered that one of my drivers that I need that came with my motherboard or graphics card are doing this, what can I do to prevent it?

  2. Yes it is, because I have always used this disc for the other installed and it worked fine, now since I bought a 4K 2TB WD drive and installed windows on that it is doing this,

  3. Hello everyone...

I have been Googling for about an hour now and can't fix my problem on how to start windows update services on startup, I have manually tried to get it to work by going into services, and it says "Started: thats all i won't run, I have just reinstalled Windows 7 because I had the same problem before hand, and now again. I have also tried "WindowsUpdateDiagnostic.exe" to fix it and it says it has fixed it and I must restart my computer, so I did and that did not help.

    Thanks for your time :)

  4. Hello everyone...

I think it would be nice to have an option, that when you load an image file, ImgBurn will look at it and see what type of image it is and choose from your optical drives which drive is preferred, you could make a group box and a drop down list and choose the default drive for a Blu-ray image, DVD, HD-DVD what ever. :)

    Thanks for your time.

  5. On Log Windows MsgBox... "Play like an ostrich and bury your head in the sand", that is a myth....

    Wikipedia source:

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ostrich

    Heading:

    Behaviour and ecology

    3rd paragraph:

When threatened, ostriches run away, but they can cause serious injury and death with kicks from their powerful legs.[12] Their legs can only kick forward.[31]Contrary to popular belief, ostriches do not bury their heads in sand to avoid danger.[32] This myth likely began with Pliny the Elder (AD 23–79), who wrote that ostriches "imagine, when they have thrust their head and neck into a bush, that the whole of their body is concealed."[33] This may have been a misunderstanding of their sticking their heads in the sand to swallow sand and pebbles,[34] or, as National Geographic suggests, of the defensive behavior of lying low, so that they may appear from a distance to have their head buried.[35]

    Please change it :).

You just can't beat this, South Africa has such great internet hey ;). Only 93rd in the world! The price for this great internet, is $49.85 a month = R495.00 (South African currency)

  7. I was just recently looking over your reviews, again and realized that you (LIGHTNING UK!) have not made any other reviews on hardware, why not. You probably have tons of stuff to review, like your drives, your computer, etc. Why did you stop? :)

    Thanks

  8. Hello everyone...

In the new version of ImgBurn (2.5.8.0) I made a suggestion to show in the log "USB 1.1; USB 2.0; USB 3.0" But would it be necessary to show other connections? Such as "SATA 3" or "SATA 6", or/does ImgBurn already support "Thunderbolt connections, Just if you a n00b and you want to connect your optical drive to that connection which wont help at all?

    Thanks :)

  9. And why would you not take up this problem with the creator of the ripping program?

It is not that creators fault for this it is my PC, and I need your guys help? :)

Another thing I don't think I can get into safe mode... My keyboard does not support the Up and Down Keys while booting or that Windows Recovery Boot Manager thing (since I installed Windows 7, 5 times ago)

  10. Hello everyone. The other Day I installed Windows 7, again. I don't know if my disc is corrupted because it installed just fine...

The reason I am make this post, again is because I can't get my ****.exe to work!... Yes I have provided a lot of photos to show my problem and see if you guys can help :)

  11. Hello everyone!!!

"Tools -> Drive -> Set Read Speed"

Are these buttons, that patch some stuff o the drive its self because I tested it and clicked "8x" and that read speed was not checked? Why would this feature be in the "Write mode" any way, does ImgBurn read the disc while writing or is that for verifying?

    Thanks :)

  12. hey LIGHTNING UK! - this is not a really a big thing bur it would make the program look more Windows 7, not Windows XP. On "Write Mode -> Create CUE File..." next to the the "Quick OK" button, the Notepad button has an old XP Notepad icon...

    post-46927-0-68202500-1371502726.png

maybe changing it to the new Windows 7 Notepad icon?

    Another thing (1)...

On "Automatic Write Speed" form, could there be/is there a setting to not show the "Getting Started" tool tip for "Entering the media code" :)

    Another thing (2)...

On "Automatic Write Speed" form, it does not allow to minimize the form, why does "Create CUE, DVD and MDS File..." allow you to, if you are not allowed to use controls on the main form? (and other forms that do)

    Another thing (3)...

I have searched this forum for the first time ;), I have only a found spiting topic about the "Disc Layout Editor" panels, but can/will ImgBurn be able to split one DVD DL (8,5 GB) into two DVD SL (4,7 GB). Hey just like DVDFab's feature? Or does that fall under, "ripping or encoding" RULE

    Thanks for your time :)

  13. is this a bug?
