Read the last sentence in the pink box above.
  2. Try a new burn and post your burn log.
  3. The DVD was authored incorectly. ImgBurn does not alter DVD files. ImgBurn burns what you tell it to burn.
  4. No. You will need an authoring program for that.
  5. It's old an worn. Here is your ATAPI DVD Dual 8X4X12: http://www.cdrinfo.com/Sections/Reviews/Sp...?ArticleId=9283 You can try giving the laser lens a good cleaning and if you can find a firmware update, you may have better luck but for 25 bucks or less, you could have a new one.
  6. Well you just got lucky with that disc on that 5 year old burner.
  7. Just because you are using Memorex and your friend gave you a Memorex disc does not mean that they are the same. Your memorex is labeled as Disc ID: RITEKF1. What does the disc that your friend gave you say?
  8. It would appear that this old BenQ does not properly recognize this 16x media.
  9. You can try a slower burn speed but it's most likely the crappy media you're using.
  10. Update your firmware. http://www.firmwarehq.com/LG/GSA-H55N/files.html ONLY USE Verbatim DVD+R DL 2.4x (MKM-001-00 dye) made in Singapore.
  11. This burner dates back to 2005. It could be worn. Try cleaning the laser lens and burn at 8x.
  12. Your drive doesn't like that crappy media. Try using Verbatim DVD+R DL 2.4x (MKM-001-00 dye) made in Singapore.
  13. Update your firmware. http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwar...product=3453999 If it still fails, post the ImgBurn log.
  14. You'll need to use software that will compile the two movies into one VIDEO_TS folder. Example: DVD Shrink.
  15. That depends on how you compile the movies.
  16. This is an old burner with old firmware. http://www.firmwarehq.com/download_179-fil..._FW122.EXE.html
  17. http://www.onthegosoft.com/dma_setting_nt.htm http://www.cdrlabs.com/forums/how-enable-d...ures-t7625.html
  18. Try using Verbatim DVD+R DL 2.4x (MKM-001-00 dye) made in Singapore. Close to 2GB memory in use.
  19. Have you checked your DMA? http://www.onthegosoft.com/dma_setting_nt.htm
  20. That one is a DVD-Rom also. http://www.geeks.com/details.asp?invtid=GR...O-R&cat=NBB Edit: Seconds too late.
  21. Current Profile: DVD-ROM. Do you by any chance still have the original disc in the drive?
  22. I 23:26:18 Total Physical Memory: 2,094,864 KB - Available: 687,764 KB Seeing that you have over 1gb of memory would suggest that you have programs running in the background. One of those programs may be causing this. Shut down all unnecessary programs and try again.
  23. Your firmware could use an udate. I 10:22:36 Destination Media Type: DVD+R DL (Disc ID: RICOHJPN-D01-67) (Speeds: 2.4x, 4x, 6x, 8x) The only reliable DL media is Verbatim DVD+R DL 2.4x (MKM-001-00 dye) made in Singapore burned at 2.4x.
  24. Unfortunately, the most of other reliable burn software does not have this
  25. I 17:50:43 Destination Media Type: DVD+R DL (Disc ID: CMC MAG-D02-00) (Speeds: 2.4x) Crap media. The only reliable DL media is Verbatim DVD+R DL 2.4x (MKM-001-00 dye) made in Singapore burned at 2.4x.
