  1. You can also just create a cue in foobar...select the songs you want...and right click and choose "Utils -> Save as cue sheet" then you dont need to convert to wav+cue. you'll need this plugin in your components folder http://tmp.reharmonize.net/foobar/foo_cues...eator_0.4.6.zip

those Bridgend suicides are crazy...but the av's that's used here you'll find on any forum...so i dont see a problem
  3. the cue sheets created with imgburn will only be used by imgburn so i might just do that (save in unicode format)
  4. Yes it is after the cue sheet has been created and loads it up again. it happens when i save the cue sheet outside of the folder where the songs are located...so the cue sheet points to the songs in the folder with the unicode character...its not a big deal though...it works just fine if i save the cue sheet in the folder containing the songs...i just noticed it when i was gonna burn some songs from different folders
  5. is it imgburn or windows that causes Ł character not to be recognized in a folder name (so i wont find the tracks)?
  6. 2.4x is too slow for an audio cd...you'll probably get better burns by burning faster...try 16x or 24x
  7. could you post a log? what kind of cds are you using? what files types are you trying to burn(mp3, ogg, flac etc..)? did your burner read the cd as an audio cd?
  8. Edit, is it possible to add the directshow filters to the installation of imgburn so its part of it? so users dont have to add any directshow filters
  9. if imgburn tells me connectfilters failed (when opening the cue file)...does it mean i need to install additional filters...i got that when i tried to burn an ape and cue file, i also get that when i try to burn flac files.
  10. sounds good to me english is my 2nd language so i made a mistake...so yeah lets move on hehe
  11. when imgburn is finalizing a disc...it says finalising disc...instead of finalizing...unless this is one of those british english/american english differences? lol
  12. i use foobar as my player and i edit tags with it as well...and by default its set to use id3 2.4...and i think alot of other programs are set to that as well...not sure what 2.4 has that 2.3 doesnt have...nothing i need lol from wikipedia:
  13. you're right...it failed on the files i re-wrote with id3 2.4 tags...i re-wrote them all with 2.3 and it worked just fine now...thanks alot
  14. i get this error when burning a cd, and i get the same error everytime (just for this cd)...but i burned a different cd just fine...so i'm wondering if its the mp3 thats bad (although it worked fine on my computer) or if its the cds (i use Verbatim cds) I 06:10:43 ImgBurn Version 2.4.0.0 started! 15. I get this error on cue sheets created with foobar or imgburn. It works fine with Pioneer 111L and Benq 1655. The LG drive has updated firmware and i'm using verbatim cd-r (i know its cmc but who cares lol) i'm using xp pro. Here's the log: I 12:55:23 ImgBurn Version 2.4.0.0 started! 16. i noticed in imgburn it says God, I'm bored. Might as well be listening to Genesis. i assume this is because i left imgburn open for a while....and i also noticed all the other random things it says on the bottom of imgburn every time i open it up lol
  17. the only other burning app i use is EAC and thats for audio cds...the only bad thing about it...is that it doesnt support non normal characters in the cue sheet...so i gotta edit it before i can burn the audio cd
  18. season 4 started out pretty good the others knows best
  19. haha hurley rules....cannon ball!!!
  20. does the coffee/tea function require a cue sheet?
  21. i would burn them at 8 instead...which should give better result than 2x?
  22. that answered my questions...thanks
  23. about the new version...if i create i cue sheet in foobar...will it work just fine in imgburn (i assume yes)? does the cue sheet in imgburn support Å, Æ and other non normal letters?
  24. i agree...dvdfab should have internal beta testers instead of having its users test it...dvdfab works fine to rip movies to the harddrive...but i'd rather use vobblanker or pgcedit to remove unwanted stuff.
