    verify is a very important part of the process, if it can't verify, it probably won't play in a standalone player

    how is this drive configured in bios?

    optical drives don't work well on a raid channel, adjust the bios setting or move it to another if you can

  3. based on the lack of info you have given, most modern discs like being burnt at 8x or higher, if yours are giving errors burning higher than 4x, either better discs of a new drive should solve your problem, a drive can only burn media at the supported speeds, which is shown in the log or the right hand pane of imgburn
