Lame Direct Show GUI for later use with ImgBurn

I noticed after I installed the LAME DirectShow Filter 3.98.2 and registered the lame.ax in my System32 folder, the GUI interface that this download says it comes with for tweaking it's parameters (Shown Here) is nowhere to be found.

 

I must be missing something somewhere. Anybody know where it is or how to get it?

I'm not sure I get why you need the directshow lame encoder anyway. (It's certainly not something ImgBurn uses)

 

There must be loads of gui's out there to perform flac -> mp3 conversions.

 

If all else fails you can always use flac.exe to decode the flac to wave and then something like lamexp to convert to mp3. That tool might even be able to go straight from flac to mp3, I'm not sure.
