I 23:29:36 Searching for SCSI / ATAPI devices... I 23:29:36 Found 1 DVD
LIGHTNING UK! Posted May 4, 2009 Posted May 4, 2009 Put that burnt disc in another drive. It could just be that yours is a bit shite and won't initialise the disc properly, hence why the verify never starts. What does the drive say if you switch to read mode and look in the disc info box on the right? Copy + paste it all please.
Guyer Posted May 4, 2009 Author Posted May 4, 2009 what do you mean ? I have only one DVD burner drive.
blutach Posted May 5, 2009 Posted May 5, 2009 Then go to a friend's place and see if his drive will read it. Follow LUK!'s instructions. Mode --> Read and copy and paste the stuff iun the top right panel (all of it). Regards
spinningwheel Posted May 5, 2009 Posted May 5, 2009 Use another computer/someone elses, install ImgBurn on it. Use read mode in ImgBurn and copy and paste the info that you get from the right side window onto this forum.
Guyer Posted May 5, 2009 Author Posted May 5, 2009 i don't get why i need to install in other place the imgburn if i have the problem
LIGHTNING UK! Posted May 5, 2009 Posted May 5, 2009 Because your drive isn't recognising the disc properly. Can you please copy the disc information from the window on the right when you're in 'Read' mode on your computer. Then repeat that process on someone else's PC so we can see what their drive thinks about the disc and compare it to yours.
Steve100 Posted May 5, 2009 Posted May 5, 2009 the idea to install imgburn on another computer that has a dvd drive is to prove if the problem is with the drive on YOUR computer. Also make sure that you use good disks, Verbatim or TY, a lot of cheap disks will not be written to or read by some drives
