Karen Wilson-Allen Posted March 7, 2006 Posted March 7, 2006 Dear Support: I just loaded your program and I am familiar with using burn programs, as I owned NERO for a couple of years now... but it does not work with my XP sp2 update so I loaded your program in hopes to make back up copies of movies that I own. I put the movie I wanted to copy in Drive D...and the blank DVD+R in Drive E... when I click on the browse folder icon and I select Drive D it opens up three folders on the disk to burn but does not allow me to select a single file to add... and if it did which file would you add? ... should it not just add all three folders to burn? Please advise.... thank you in advance.
LIGHTNING UK! Posted March 7, 2006 Posted March 7, 2006 Sorry but ImgBurn is not a copying tool, it's just a burning tool. You'd need an (ISO) image of the whatever you're burning before it can be used. So right now, ImgBurn is not the tool for you.... probably best you stick with Nero. Nero should work fine with SP2, just download the updated version. Well v6 and 7 work fine anyway... not sure about versions before those.
dbminter Posted March 9, 2006 Posted March 9, 2006 What about version 6, though? Sorry, just had to be a smart
dontasciime Posted March 10, 2006 Posted March 10, 2006 i use nero 5 on this computer xp pro sp2 and no problems...the last version of nero 5 to be more precise.
