I/O Error....Condition: Invalid Address for Write

I am trying to burn an Dual Layer disc from a file and every time I attempt to burn it I get an I/O error right around 50%...I have even downloaded this program on another computer and tried burning the file on there but I still recieve the same error....Here is my log:

That machine has serious buffer issues.

 

What is your F:\ drive? Is it the slowest performing device known to mankind?

 

If your drives can't handle 'RITEK-S04-66' discs, don't use them.

The alternative is to buy a new drive that does like them.

My drive on both computers actually happens to be the same...the "HP dvd writer 840b" drive

 

But my F:\ drive is actually a Western Digital 500GB MyBook external hard drive...that is where i am getting the file off of....and my usb 2.0 ports on this computer dont seem to be working so that could be the reason for the slow speeds
