ImgBurn doesn't convert anything so unless you provide it with a proper DVD Video structure (VIDEO_TS folder etc) for burning, you won't end up with one on the disc. I uploared a movie from Veoh (free movies) then burned it to my gearhead DVD burner using imageburn.
