It's not something you should concern yourself with. if the dvd+rw is formatted or unformatted all you have to do is: 1. Insert Disc in Burner. 2. Select Image to burn. 3. It says, "DeviceIoControl (FSCTL_LOCK_VOLUME) Failed! Device:[1:1:0] PHILLIPS DVD +RW-D28 1.29 (E:) (ATA) Unable to lock volume for exclusive access. Reason: Access is denied. Help please!!
