hunterxlg Posted December 16, 2010 Posted December 16, 2010 first thing thanks to lightning for this awsome programe i am having a few probs while i am using imgburn im not saying there is a problem with imgburn more like i am doing something wrong but hear i go last night i copyed a game and it worked perfectly then this morn i went to do another game with the same settings as last night but this time the game copyed ok but i put it in my xbox it said play game and the picture came up a pressed play game the a message came up saying can not read disc. its not my xbox because i have no problem playing the other game, so could it be the game i downloaded any help would be very greatful

LIGHTNING UK! Posted December 16, 2010 Posted December 16, 2010 Your log doesn't actually show and error. You should verify your burn to detect problems with the disc. Update your drive's firmware. http://www.firmwarehq.com/Lite-On/DH-20A4P/files.html Put the 'Write Type' back to 'DAO/SAO'. Try all the supported write speeds. hunterxlg Posted December 16, 2010 Author Posted December 16, 2010 thank you for the reply lightning the reson i changed it from 'DAO/SAO'. to what it is now is because no games were working and i read a conversation you were having with some one else that was biggin up nero so you advised him to change it to what i have got now and my game worked straight away. i will check my firmware but my xbox only been flashed for about 2 months so should be up to date, do you mind if i do another copy now and verify it and if i get an error post it on hear thanks again

Posted December 16, 2010 Posted December 16, 2010 I say loads of stuff to thousands of people Updating the firmware on your burner should be the first thing you do. 2 xbox drive firmwares have come out in the past few weeks, so yours won't be the latest... but that's nothing to do with me or ImgBurn.
