"It looks like you may be trying to build an Operating System installation disc!" ...dialogue popped up. One of the suggested settings doesn't match my Dell original disc: "ISO9660 Allow Files Without Extensions" I used IsoBuster to view the ISO & Joliet contents of the disc. Under ISO, extension-less filenames end with a "." Under Joliet, they do not end with "." Its not a big deal, it installs whatever, but I guess whatever is closest to the original is best. Do extension-less filenames end with a "." under ISO? (as I mentioned, I used IsoBuster to check this detail) If so, defaulting to "Allow Files Without Extensions" would be incorrect. Dave
