I created an ISO file from a disc and it worked fine, but when I tried to write it to another disc it suddenly had an "Unrecovered Read Error" when it was almost done, I don't know what went wrong

But, he's not burning to a double layer disc is he? To a DVD+R. Of course, the basic information in the link can still apply. Some Ricoh media is apparently pretty bad outside of R1.

You're quite right db, he/she isn't. :doh: I jumped the gun a little having seen the 'RICOH*' MID in his/her post - 'RICOHJPN-R01-02' is a very old (4x) dye now!

 

As you say though, the same basic recommendations in the linked thread still apply.
