Adrianvdh Posted February 15, 2013 Posted February 15, 2013 I loaded a XGD2 ISO into ImgBurn and the Imp ID: was Sonic Scenarist, ok what kind of drives does Microsoft use to burn the game and why/how do they use that Imp
LIGHTNING UK! Posted February 15, 2013 Posted February 15, 2013 The Imp ID just shows they used Sonic Scenarist to create the master image (or at least the part of it that's visible in a PC). As for the 'burning' of commercial discs, Google it.
Adrianvdh Posted February 15, 2013 Author Posted February 15, 2013 (edited) OK and nope nothing http://www.google.co.za/#hl=en&tbo=d&sclient=psy-ab&q=how+are+commercial+xbox+games+burned&oq=how+are+commercial+xbox+games+burned&gs_l=hp.3..33i21.4603.6741.1.7013.4.4.0.0.0.1.306.594.1j0j1j1.3.0.les%3B..1.0...1c.1.3.psy-ab.yIMtssu53eU&pbx=1&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.r_qf.&bvm=bv.42553238,d.d2k&fp=a3df2c13908d55ed&biw=1311&bih=707 Edited February 15, 2013 by Adrianvdh
LIGHTNING UK! Posted February 15, 2013 Posted February 15, 2013 Be more generic. Google "how are dvds made".
LIGHTNING UK! Posted February 16, 2013 Posted February 16, 2013 You ask a lot of strange questions for someone that says they know about the stuff already.
Adrianvdh Posted February 16, 2013 Author Posted February 16, 2013 no man i meant how to games are burned?
spinningwheel Posted February 16, 2013 Posted February 16, 2013 The same way that commercial DVD's are, they are pressed, not burned. Try looking at this short video:
Altercuno Posted February 16, 2013 Posted February 16, 2013 Here's another way to burn them... http://rt.com/usa/news/sandy-hook-violent-games-356/
Adrianvdh Posted February 16, 2013 Author Posted February 16, 2013 DO you mean backups? I know how to backup xbox games
spinningwheel Posted February 19, 2013 Posted February 19, 2013 DO you mean backups? I know how to backup xbox games Obviously you didn't look at either of the posts that Altercuno or I put up. Why bother....
Adrianvdh Posted February 24, 2013 Author Posted February 24, 2013 What I meant for this topic is how do they make it so a normal drive can't see all the data it can only see like 150MB and would the copy protection be doing this?
