rgh43 Posted August 22, 2013 Posted August 22, 2013 Recently when I burn a disk I get the message close to or at the end that it failed, I opt to close it and I get the "Oh No" message. Every time it does that I check the disk in Win 7 (Computer) and it show the disk is full so I play it back and it seems to work fine every time. This had happened for the last 4 to 10 discs. Sony -R disc's & I have used them for a long time. Never had this problem B/4. I just removed the program and reloaded it and the same thing happened but the disc is OK?
rgh43 Posted August 23, 2013 Author Posted August 23, 2013 The disc is not OK, it didn't copy. I have now tried it in my laptop and again in my desktop & both failed (3 or 4 wasted disc's) so the problem is elsewhere, not IngBurn but I have been getting the messages I described in my first post before so this current issue is an ongoing problem at this point.
LIGHTNING UK! Posted August 23, 2013 Posted August 23, 2013 Post the log please - as per the pink box up the top
rgh43 Posted August 23, 2013 Author Posted August 23, 2013 The disc looks OK and seems to play OK. rgh43 Posted August 23, 2013 Author Posted August 23, 2013 Never Mind, I think I forgot to shut down AnyDVD, will try another disc with anydvd shut down to see if this happens.
rgh43 Posted September 9, 2013 Author Posted September 9, 2013 Seems it was operator error, I thought I had exited AnyDVD but I must not have done so as i havent had any problems since making sure AnyDVD was closed before burning. .
