Failed to Read Sectors - Reason: ID CRC or ECC Error

Cannot create an image file from a blu-ray disc. I keep getting the error in the subject line

Is that disc dirty/scratched? Try cleaning it.

 

Failing that, get another one... yours is faulty and unreadable.
