tindolph Posted December 26, 2013 Share Posted December 26, 2013 I am using version 2.5.8.0 (as always an awesome program). Whenever I open a saved project in advanced input mode, the disk layout editor closes, a popup announces that the saved project was successfully loaded and the project contents are displayed in the standard input mode panel. When I switch back to advanced input mode the project contents are cleared as though starting to build a new project. Similarly if I start to build a new project in standard mode and switch to advanced mode, the project/disc contents are cleared. What am I doing wrong - I am trying to edit existing projects in advanced mode but they are always cleared. Is it not designed to function this way? Please help. Posted December 27, 2013 Share Posted December 27, 2013 Projects built in one input mode can't be used in the other... the input mode selected at the time of saving it will be restored when you load it again. The two modes are totally different and you can't switch between them like that - because the 'Source' info can't be represented in the same way in the different modes.
